We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Administrative Assistant to come and make a difference in a growing company. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO, CAO, COO, and other senior executives as requested in a professional, efficient, confidential, and flexible manner. This individual should be incredibly well-rounded, experienced in coordinating board meetings including PowerPoint presentations and material distribution, maintaining complex executive calendars, reconciling expense reports and financial statements, and can step in at any given time when needed to perform beyond their role. Requirements REQUIRED:
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
•5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role supporting executive-level positions
• Notary Public or qualified and willing to obtain license upon hire
• Ability to work with little or no supervision, and under pressure from deadline and goals
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under strict deadlines
• Ability to interact professionally with all departments within the Company and personnel at the University of Alabama Health System, University of Alabama, outside vendors, and government regulatory agencies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information including information related to employee job performance, compensation, strategic planning, legal issues and other sensitive information
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products
PREFERRED:
•7 years experience at the executive level
