The Supervisor of Network Pharmacy Administration will serve as the Network Pharmacist for the ACHN (Medicaid line of business) and is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Pharmacy Program for the ACHN. This position is responsible for ensuring community pharmacists and primary medical providers are educated on the ACHN Program and other patient-centered pharmacy initiatives. The Supervisor of Network Pharmacy Administration will support and manage staff to implement programs that advance the ACHN. This position will work in collaboration with the management team to determine ways to support pharmacists and prescribers with the management of drug costs and policies. This position will travel to locations within the relevant service area through a reliable means of transportation insured in accordance with Company policy.



Requirements REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state of Alabama
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Possess good organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent interview and telephone skills, as well as the ability to deal with recipients in a caring and helpful (assertive and tactful) manner
• Working knowledge of health-related service delivery systems
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Ability to analyze varied environmental factors in relation to members’ wellbeing
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Basic computer skills

PREFERRED:
• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
• 1 years of experience working within the ACHN region
• 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Health Plan or Managed Care knowledge
• Working knowledge of provider engagement activities and/or clinical pharmacy benefits management
• Knowledgeable in Medicaid state/federal programs
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point, as well as development of presentations
