Big #1 Duval Ford is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Center team!

The Business Development Representative serves as a liasion between Duval Ford and its customers. The representative will play a crucial role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction and loyalty for Duval Ford, by establishing, developing and fostering quality relationships with potential and existing customers. The job is focused on setting appointments for sales and service teams and following up with those previously serviced customers to ensure quality products and services were provided to each customer.



  • Exemplify exceptional customer service skills; previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services (new and existing)
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Correspond and possess strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to sell
  • Be prompt, polite and friendly with each customer
  • Deadline-oriented individual with an ability to perform and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment
