RubinBrown’s CORE (Creating Opportunities for Remarkable Experiences) Leadership Program is designed to acclimate students to the culture of RubinBrown.  The one-day program will be conducted in a large group setting and will allow students to get to know the firm through exposure to our Service Units and Core Values.  The CORE Leadership Program is a truly remarkable experience which will give students early insight into public accounting.

Students will hear from leaders in our various service units and what a day in the life of a RubinBrown team member is like.

  • Large group orientation and networking with RubinBrown team members
  • Break-out sessions to learn more about Service Units and Core Values
  • Small group lunches
  • Team building activities
  • Social event



Preferred Experience/Background/Skills


·       Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related degree, Masters degree in Accounting is preferred
