• Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Applications)
• Ability to communicate strengths and weaknesses effectively
• Ability to generate reports for operations
• Superior oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to employees at all levels within the organization.
• Maintains updated knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and State Collections Laws.
• Consistently maintains and exceeds personal budget of debt collections.
• Consistently adheres to and performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s safety and quality standards, policies and practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to successfully pass FDCPA exam
• 1 – 3 years collections experience
