Palram Americas, Inc., a subsidiary of Palram Industries, handles production, operations, marketing and sales for North America, and supports these activities in Central, and South America.

The Content/Digital Marketing Strategist (CDS) is a hands-on role that requires a strong content writer and digital marketing pro. He/she will be responsible for writing compelling content targeting Palram’s various customers and markets for both print and digital platforms. In addition, the CDS will lead Palram’s digital marketing efforts, drive effective lead generation activities, manage social media platforms, website, blog, digital advertising and marketing automation programs. He/she will define key performance indicators and implement measurements, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge the success of digital/web efforts. This position is based at Palram Americas, Inc. in the Lehigh Valley, conveniently located near major highways.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, write, and edit engaging copy for marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including but not limited to website content, email/nurturing campaigns, e-newsletters, landing pages, blogs, print and digital advertising, collateral, case studies/testimonials, videos, etc.
• Manage the website content to ensure alignment of messaging with market segments & customer personas, and develop and implement solutions to improve the user experience, search rankings, traffic, engagement and conversion.
• Manage automated marketing system and lead generation efforts to ensure integration between Automation Program, website, CRM and any other platforms
• Develop content, build digital campaigns, e-newsletters and landing pages, manage lists/segmentation, and track results using marketing automation tool.
• Create and maintain a content calendar for e-newsletters, email campaigns and PR efforts.
• Work collaboratively with other marketing and sales team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Develop a search engine marketing strategy, manage outside resources and track effectiveness
• Maintain the corporate voice and tone throughout all marketing materials and promote uniformity and consistency with Palram’s global brand standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate and recommend new marketing and system technologies in order to improve operations and effectively promote Palram.
• Minimal travel required in order to deepen market knowledge and familiarize with customer base

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 4-7 years’ experience in developing content and managing digital marketing efforts.
• Demonstrated writing and creative design capabilities across a variety of marketing media
• Experience with a CRM system and marketing automation software, such as Act-on or HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of web development technologies and experience with WordPress, HTML & CSS, search engine optimization, Google Analytics & Adwords and social media platforms.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, working collaboratively internally and with external resources to deliver effective materials on-time and on budget.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
• Examples of content/campaigns required.

Additional Experience that would be considered a plus:
• Experience marketing B2B and B2C products or services.
• Experience in marketing to a distribution network (one-step/two-step) and/or direct to consumer.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
