Title Overnight Security/Houseperson

Description •Clean and maintain hotel public areas (lobby, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
•Respond to guest’s request for supplies such as extra towels and amenities as well as cribs and rollaway beds.
•Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
•Stock and maintain supply rooms.
•Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and moving furniture.
•Smile, acknowledge and greet guest in rooms and/or in passing in hallways and other public areas.
•Report lost and found items to a supervisor immediately.
•Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of guests, associates, and property.
•Assist housekeepers as needed with linens, mattresses, emptying laundry carts and cleaning rooms.
•Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
•Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
•Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
•Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
•Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Operate washers and dryers according to recommended capacity and other manufacturer guidelines.
•Fold clean linens and store as appropriate.
•Maintain cleanliness and order in laundry room.
•Operate linen feeder, sheet folder, towel folder and table linen ironer machines.
•Monitor and control supplies, and minimize waste within laundry facility.
•Sort and record discarded linen into categories.
•Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
•Perform routine preventive maintenance to include painting, carpet/floor cleaning, and furniture repair.
•Clean and maintain the hotel’s exterior area to include swimming pool, parking lot, and the overall landscape and curb appeal.
•Perform maintenance work orders in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfaction.
•Perform work duties in accordance with Pinnacle safety and security policies and procedures as well as OSHA and applicable state and federal regulations.
