Description Sabel Systems requires an FMS Financial Management Manager to become part of dynamic team supporting U.S. Department of Defense Agency, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). Tasks include responding to specific and general requests for reconciliation of accounts and report management, data entry, and tracking of information. This position requires functional knowledge of the full spectrum of Peacekeeping Operations support activities including experience with the Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS). The Subject Matter Expert will work closely with government and contractor analysts across the Department of Defense and the State Department identifying discrepancies and coordinating the development of monthly case reports. The work location for this position is Arlington, Virginia, and requires an active secret security clearance.

• Develop and maintain discrete information in excel
• Meticulous management of the Peacekeeping Operations management cycle
• Compile, analyze and distribute the monthly case report content
• Provide responses and input to short-fused taskers and requests for information
• Participate in internal and external meetings related to assigned portfolios
• Interact and coordinate with high level DoD and interagency leadership and offices
• Draft case report framework and coordinate inputs for their review and submission
• Track, monitor, and report on progress while maintaining a database that reflects the stakeholders’ input and status of production
• Access Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) to review Peace Keeping Operations Funds Obligated reports
• Use existing Microsoft Office Suite software to pull data using ad hoc queries
• Prepare supporting documents, flow-charts, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in the public sector, preferably the DoD or DoS
• 1+ years of experience in managing Peacekeeping Operations activities and continuity information
• 1+ years of experience in coordinating monthly case reports and review Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs)
• 1+ years of experience with experiencing planning and executing reconciliation reviews of 7600B funding packages for accuracy and processing them for countersignature
• Security Cooperation experience is a plus
• General literacy with the MS Office Suite applications of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding, high energy environment
• Strong Organizational and Customer Service Skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow security protocols
• Active SECRET Security Clearance
