Title Junior Analyst

Description Candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing Security Cooperation information, including:
a. Providing Technology Security support in the areas of foreign disclosure and technology transfer to include, research and analysis of foreign disclosure and technology transfer initiatives, issues and concerns and drafting of exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy.
b. Providing International Cooperative programs support to include developing inputs to strategic plans, regional and country assessments, command briefs and other internal and external communication documents.
c. Providing Export License support to include the processing of export license requests, research, analysis, assessments of technology transfer concerns, development and staffing of draft positions, and development of briefings.
d. Providing Data Exchange Agreements and Foreign Disclosure support to include inputting data into databases such as DoN DEA Management Systems (DEAMS) and DDL Generator. Preparing briefings and other presentation material on DEAs, IEPs, foreign visit system (FVS) and Foreign Military Training (FMT).
e. Providing Disclosure Compliance support to include processing requests for USN documents from foreign governments; receive, staff, and analyze foreign government requests for DoN publications, foreign visit requests, and develop and maintain the Extended Visitor Personnel Program (EVPP) Database.
f. Providing International Agreements (IAs) support to include tracing the status of international cooperative agreements. Reviewing, validating, updating, and documenting the status of potential, in-process, and concluded international agreements (IA’s) in the Navy International Agreements Tracking System (NIATS). Develop and submit the monthly IA tracking and Reporting report.
g. Providing Technology Security and Cooperation general management support to include the preparation of briefings and other presentation materials on DEAs, IEPs, Foreign Visit System (FVS), and FMT. Assisting with the coordination, review and drafting of policy on Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controller Unclassified Information (CUI) for foreign disclosure. Supporting compliance reviews of proposed foreign visits to both government and industry facilities.

Requirements Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Affairs, Government Administration is preferred.
• Must have familiarity with DSCA, ITAR, and SAMM policy and recent changes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Strong client communication skills needed.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong familiarity and work within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to acquire and maintain U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance and/or Common Access Card (CAC) is required by the position. An active DoD SECRET clearance is required.
• Experience with US Navy or comparable DoD programs is a plus. Experience with DoD project management or DoD consulting preferred.
• Proficiency with the Web, MS Office and SharePoint
• Business travel as required by contract
• Expert functional and technical skills as required by contract
• Knowledgeable of engagement or project planning and control process
