JOB PURPOSE:

Customize, extend, develop, maintain and test Software systems, Web applications and databases within Microsoft .NET, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP environment.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Customize, develop and extend out of the box functionality within software solutions like Microsoft Dynamics CRM using various programming technologies. This includes, but is not limited to Microsoft .NET, JavaScript, HTML5/ CSS3, Angular JS, Bootstrap and JQuery

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Administrators, Business users and Developers on projects and tasks to configure and develop core and custom solutions using the ServiceNow platform

  • Maintain, develop, and test Software systems. This includes, but is not limited to: Software Applications, Web Sites, data communication processes and user interfaces

  • Participate in Software design and requirement gathering processes

  • Write, test, and maintain computer programs and databases. This includes, but is not limited to: Producing definitions, process flow documentation, rules and instructions, definitions of database schemas, and error message arrangements

  • Write original program code based on defined specifications and be able to test and modify program codes to correct errors or enhance an existing program’s capability

  • Make good technical decisions that create solutions to solve business challenges

  • Work with internal customers to understand and effectively meet their IT needs

  • Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues

  • Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and or reports as requested

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of IT systems and computer programming, and be able to resolve complex problems and requests

  • Be ready, willing, and able to travel

  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry

  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers

  • Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy

  • Maintain regular attendance as required by your position

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Focus in Information Technology preferred

  • Minimum one-year programming experience in .NET, C, C++ or java required

  • 1-2 years of active experience working on the ServiceNow platform is preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL, T-SQL preferred

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 35 lbs

  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate

  • Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands
