Description SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Operations Tech provides a broad range of basic to complex support services for the Operations team. Successful applicant applies a thorough understanding of administrative concepts, practices and procedures and a general knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to the oil and gas industry. This position will report to the Production Superintendent.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide data, information, and support to the field measurement staff and create ad hoc reports as required
• Input, maintain, QC, extract, manipulate, and analyze surveillance data using Carte, SCADA, FlowCal, Test-It, and SiteView
• Provide computer support for Measurement Foreman, Gaugers, and Measurement Techs for various software programs as required; Provide operational support such as assimilating run tickets, PCard reconciliations, expense reports, meeting scheduling, and other duties as required
• Work with team to create and maintain a PM schedule for all devices the group is responsible for (i.e. tank probes, etc.)
• Create and utilize spreadsheets and databases to provide data to other groups (i.e. Marketing, Production Accounting, Automation, Internal Audit, GIS)
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required;
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency at extracting, manipulating, and recording data (MSOffice including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, GIS, SupplyMate, Carte, and SiteView);
• Understanding of data flow through field and production accounting systems;
• Experience supporting production operations. Ability to work with discretion and with confidential/time-sensitive material;
• Effective team player who takes an active role in team responsibilities;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work on multiple tasks;
• Must be self-motivated, strong ethics, ability to work with minimum supervision, have reliable attendance and demonstrate flexible cooperative behavior in the workplace.
