Horizon Hobby is looking for a full time Marketing Brand Manager with strong project management skills. We prefer someone with RC hobby experience, so if you own and use RC cars, trucks, boats, planes or helicopters that would be a big plus. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that designs and develops cutting edge RC products with a global reach.
Responsibilities for the position include:
- Monitor brand strategies and drive results consistent with our core business objectives (sales, margin, image, market share, product positioning, product life cycles, etc).
- Collaborate with Product Development to create product offerings with strong value propositions.
- Generate creative marketing strategies and programs that maximize brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends for the brand and identify appropriate opportunities based upon consumer preferences, opportunity analysis and financial objectives.
- Work with creative marketing to ensure the timely delivery of brand campaigns and programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of project or product management
- Professional marketing experience is desirable
- RC background is a big plus
