The Business Operations Receptionist is a critical part of the Business Operations Team at Horizon, and has a direct impact on the success of the entire operation. This position provides operational and administrative support for the Customer Contact Teams (Wholesale and Consumer Sales, Customer Support, Product Support, and Service Center). Because of this visibility, it is imperative the individual exemplify the Horizon Basics at all times as well as be able to build excellent relationships and rapport across other departments.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

The Business Operations Receptionist primary duties are greeting visitors, answering the phone, directing calls appropriately, informing customers of the status of their repair, and handling various requests received by the Customer Contact teams. 

The Business Operations Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of clerical duties involving mailings, correspondence, distribution of daily reports, shredding of sensitive material, scanning and faxing, monitoring the printer & fax machines, supporting the Customer Contact teams, and other related responsibilities. This role is absolutely critical to a well-functioning department. 

 

Requirements:

 

Requires excellent organizational skills.
Strong initiative and flexibility. 
Requires PC literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word. 
Excellent phone skills and clarity in communication. 
Excellent Customer Service skills. 
Detail Oriented. 
Ability to Multi Task. 

Familiarity with AS400 or database programs.
