• Work with our staff to develop a clear vision for the design and implementation needs of each project.
• Create design concepts that clearly communicate, align with, and amplify our brand resulting in customer base growth.
• Collaborate with other staff members and vendors to implement highly effective marketing campaigns with measurable end-results.
• Create and maintain workflows that distribute new and relevant content.
• Analyze campaign results and make recommendations for future campaigns.
• Manage and maintain social media pages including responding to customers, interacting with potential customers, promoting services, and maximizing our online presence through potential partnering opportunities.
Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google: AdWords, Analytics, and SEO.
• Mastery of graphic design principles, especially as applied to product branding, website layouts, and sales collateral.
• Previous experience with basic technical processes involved in implementing website design concepts.
• Previous experience with e-marketing web-based software, Vertical Response or Constant Contact, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Fluently in English in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Previous experience with desktop computing and Internet-based applications, including word processing, spreadsheet manipulation, presentation creation, desktop publishing, calendaring, e-mail etiquette, and online research.

• Strong technical writing skills.
• Ability and willingness to think about, create, design, and implement solutions as a part of a team, while remaining self-directed and retaining an individual approach to work goals.
• Excellent adaptability and resourcefulness as this is a new position that will be largely developed by the individual selected.
• Excellent task management skills that will allow the applicant to handle multiple projects varying in scope and size.
• General understanding of and appreciation for the technologies and culture of the Internet.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver and/or HTML, PHP, MySQL, etc.
• Understanding of Video capture and editing principals.
