The HR Intern works to support on a temporary basis the HR and Safety Teams.


• Support VP of HR in HRIS/Payroll implementation:
• Pulling Reports.
• Helping to create mapping for PTO.
• Pulling historical data.
• Pulling Pay Stubs and W-2s.
• Tracking Training and preparing it to be loaded into new system.
• Creating Life Insurance Rate Charts
• Other areas that come up during the project.
• Filing Personnel Documentation and other confidential items.
• Helping Safety with driver system implementation.
• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
• Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
Requirements Education and/or Experience:

• Be able to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to keep confidentiality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read and write the English language with proficiency sufficient to communicate with co-workers and visitors. Understand and adhere to verbal and written company policies.
• Proven ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy and task follow-through.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Polite, positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• The ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
