Description Job Description
• Understand and adhere to verbal and written company policies
• Be able to understand and follow instructions
• Be a team member, cooperate and get along with other employees
• Provide own transportation to work
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform
• Have good personal hygiene
• Use proper lifting techniques and methods
• Pack mattresses in the proper size carton
• Properly pack cartons to ensure secure and safe transport
• Properly use moving equipment to include but not limited to:
o Box Dolly
o Stretch Wrap
o Furniture Pad (various types and sizes)

Requirements • Must be at least 17 years old
• Must be eligible to be employed in the United States
• Must have a valid Social Security Number
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be able to speak English with proficiency sufficient to communicate with customers and co-workers, and read/write English with proficiency sufficient to read/complete job-related paperwork
• Must be physically able to safely lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, at times while walking up/down ramps or stairs, and physically able to stand for long periods of time

• Current Texas driver’s license
