The HealthRules Program Manager provides tactical and strategic support for both Payor and Care Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as PM for the annual upgrade

• Attend HealthRules monthly user call

• Build and maintain FirstCare Payor and Care Manager road map

• Assist in supporting HealthRules Connector roadmap

• Support coordination of implementation of new features and functionality

o Stay up-to-date on release notes

o Coordinate sessions with business areas on new features

o Act as PM on rollout of incremental rollouts

• Support coordination of ‘strategic issue resolution”

• Coordinate HealthEdge sessions on upcoming features and functionality changes

Secondary Support activities:

• Provide input into Payor and Care Manager features and functionality

• Assist in HealthEdge issue resolution

• Assist/Review integration designs and plan


• Leads cross-functional teams responsible for major project deliverables anticipated in the initiation, planning, execution and transition stages of the project lifecycle.

• Ensures project goals are aligned with the company and departmental goals.

• Effective at establishing rapport and building trust-based relationships with business partners to achieve business goals

• Process driven with a flair for identifying inefficiencies in business workflows and opportunities for optimization

• Results driven with an emphasis on offering solutions and a determination to meet or exceed objectives

• Serves in a technical leadership position with required skill sets to lead project teams and IT and business groups through planning, scoping, identification of requirements as chartering business technical solutions.

• Leads and facilitates strategic projects and is involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, workflows associated with these solutions.

• Provides direction and insight to leaders, peers, and team members regarding the identification and alignment of the listed programs.

• Recognized across the organization for expertise and sought out as a source of resolution for complex system problems.

• Maintains knowledge of industry best practices, strategies, methodologies, procedures, and IT policies



• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Finance, Health Administration or related field desired

• Health Plan experience desired

• Project management experience desired

• Effective decision making, strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

• Ability to work effectively at all levels and functions of the company

• Successful execution of analytical thinking and problem solving, including follow-through and resolution

• Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and documenting complex business processes

• Experience working with business to document business process flows

• Demonstrated proficiency in gathering and interpreting relevant data and information

• Strong Problem Solving Skills

• Strong technical writing skills and fine attention to details, to include composition, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
