We are seeking a Software Engineer for our Research & Development team in the Portland, OR area. This will be a very visual, technically challenging and satisfying role involving different projects and allowing the Software Engineer to see the direct impact their work has on product development!

Responsibilities:

• C# Development experience
• Support existing programs in the public safety market, predominantly CAD based
• Good team communication skills
• Motivated, self-starter, able to work without direct supervision
• Thorough software testing
• Research
• Other Software design responsibilities will be added in the future as business conditions evolve

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 3-5 years of software design experience

Technical Skills:

• Multi-threaded programming
• Strong math background
• C#, Visual Studio 2015
• 3D graphics development experience with OpenGL or DirectX
• Object Oriented Programming

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in Agile sprint development model
• C++
• Experience with HLSL
