Title Corporate Trainer

Description The Corporate Trainer is responsible for planning and delivering a professional, organized, informative training program in a friendly atmosphere for franchisees and employees. The performance of the Corporate Trainer will be measured primarily by the degree of preparedness of new franchisees to open their centers and develop within MAACO’s management systems and procedures.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Develops specific short and long term plans and programs together with supporting budget requests and financial estimates.
2. Plans and delivers monthly live training sessions to franchisees.

3. Develops and defines with corporate management course objectives and lesson plans to accomplish objectives for all training sessions and provide for periodic review of all objectives and lesson plans.

4. Develops and delivers webinars and virtual training to field operations and Franchisees alike.

5. Provides for an adequate control and feedback system to determine achievement of course objectives.

6. Insures that all non-training department personnel involved in training courses are properly prepared and are contributing to achievement of training objectives.

7. Insures that all trainees understand MAACO’s policies, procedures and success factors.

8. Identifies to corporate management trainees who are not fulfilling requirements.

9. Train and develop new department personnel to contribute to achievement of company objectives.

10. Provide for progress review and evaluation for all department personnel.

11. Provides excellent working conditions and policies that promote longevity of its employees. Stimulates ideas, programs and new approaches among subordinates.
12. Continues self-development through completion of industry-related courses.

13. Establishes annual goals, departmental policies, budgets and measures performance of all departmental personnel. Institutes controls to keep expenditures within budgetary limitations. Makes certain that policies are carried out and goals are achieved.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
• 2+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics
• Strong work ethic, independence, and dependability.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and proven success driving for results individually and in a team setting.
• Functions effectively in a highly matrix organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop work flow processes.-Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
