| Description |
The Director of Information Technology (“IT”) is responsible for successfully leading the Information Technology department.
• Partnering with key business clients and franchisees
• Deliver solutions that increase the value of the company and our franchisee’s businesses
• Facilitating the design, implementation, management, and communication of customer focused strategic business plans/charters
• Defining, managing, and implementing the long term strategic Information Technology roadmap
• Working with functional groups and development teams to deliver against product and service goals and business requirements
• Continuous process improvement and user satisfaction
• Increasing the company’s value through innovation and emerging technologies
• Defining, building, and supporting the hiring plan and team structure
• Anticipating future business needs, identifying proactive solutions to satisfy those needs
• Oversight of the management of corporate help desk activities and resolves escalated issues if necessary
• Helping establish and build relationships with vendors
• Oversight of all IT-related purchasing and budget usage; works with accounting to develop budgets
• Held responsibility for vendor negotiations related to IT

| Requirements |
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 7 + years of experience
• Proficient with both inter-company and client-side communications
• Previous management experience in a small to mid-size company
• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to a four-year degree. |
