Description Duties and Responsibilities:
Travels extensively to implement the Maaco Operating System and lead Franchisees in the initial opening phases and on-going phases of development of their Maaco franchise. Focusing primarily on leadership from the Franchisee to direct and hold staff accountable, through the Operating System. As a Field Trainer among other things, you will be expected to fulfill the duties as detailed below:

Primary Responsibilities:
• Reviews with Franchisee the results of today, and goals for tomorrow (cars, units, retention, produced).
• Is extremely skilled and can perform and manage all departments of a Maaco Location.
• Reviews, on an ongoing basis, crew development with franchisee and uses a collaborative approach so the franchisee “owns the staff”.
• Helps hire and evaluate center staff and staffing needs.
• Is disciplined in holding Franchisee accountable to achieving Maaco Benchmarks relative to sales, production, and MIS.
• Provides a direct extension from the Maaco Training class to in the field training during opening
• Constantly communicating with Development Director on weekly objectives and progress updates

Additional Responsibilities
• Uses the effective pre-set format to know the goals of the week, ensures that staff and franchisee are urgently racing to that goal.
• Works directly with Franchisee to get franchisee to lead, coach and develop a “Maacoized Staff”.
• Is tactical in approach and deep in scope focusing only on the Operating system vs. prior experience, speculation and hunches.
• Solves Problems on daily basis based on the Maaco Operating System
• Upholds the Maaco Brand, image, and professionalism at all times.
• Arrives to the Center by 6:45am, and leaves no earlier than close of business.
• Speaks from the Maaco Operating System approach, not opinion or the use of consultative communication.
• Additional duties/responsibilities as determined by management (this job description is not all-inclusive and is subject to change at the sole discretion of the company)
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
• 2+ years of experience
• Strong work ethic, independence, and dependability.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and proven success driving for results individually and in a team setting.
• Functions effectively in a highly matrix organization.
• Ability to develop work flow processes.
• Excellent attention to detail
