Description Position Summary: Directs activities related to financial services, accounts payable, accounts receivables, bookstore operations, facilities, maintenance, janitorial services, facility security and vending.

Financial Activities. Manages the daily financial activities of the Campus’ functions of financial services, bookstore and accounts receivables.

Associate Supervision and Development. Directly supervises and implements development programs to ensure performance metrics are met.

Bookstore. Directs the operations of the bookstore including purchasing of supplies and books, special orders, merchandising, receiving and shipping and return of overstocked or defective merchandise.

Title IV Refunds. Tracks and monitors student attendance in order to process timely and accurate Title IV Refunds.

Administration. Develops and implements policies, programs and initiatives that facilitate communication and teamwork.

Requirements Job Requirements: The following job requirements represent minimum levels of education, experience and competencies/abilities needed to perform this job successfully:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field preferred. Associates degree required with acceptable demonstrated evidence of pursuing and completing a Bachelor’s degree program.

2. Experience: Five to seven years related experience to the duties and responsibilities. Three to five years of management experience required.

3. Competencies: Incumbent must (be) able to:

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare and maintain records, correspondence, reports and other data
• Work days and some evenings and Saturdays if/when required
• Attend meetings and training events, which may include occasional travel

4. Physical and Mental Requirements:
Physical Requirements: This job requires normal physical mobility, including the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Normal hand-eye coordination; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp and lift up to 40 pounds, is also required.

Mental Requirements: This job requires the ability to read, recall, write and understand information. This job also requires the ability to work under moderate pressure and to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Environment: This job is normally performed in a clean, well-lighted, heated and cooled office area/classroom.
