Description Position Summary: Oversees the execution of advertising and marketing plans. Provides support to all campuses to assist them in identifying and developing the best local marketing opportunities for each campus. Provides creative services for all marketing purposes of these campuses to promote the vision of Daymar Colleges Group.

MRA #1. Paid Media Liaison. Oversees activities with paid media partners and key vendors to ensure excellent relationships. Member of the Marketing Committee and responsible for meeting marketing budgets. Collaborates with key leaders to grow better inquiries that convert to meet new enrollment objectives.

• Serves as point of contact with internal partners and external agencies.
• Partners with campus Leadership to determine effective use of advertising and marketing strategies.
• Monitors and analyzes effectiveness of advertising utilizing Admissions data in CampusVUE, and lead tracking reports such as Pacing, TPR, VPR.
• In collaboration with members of the Marketing Committee monitors goals and achievements for the lead to starts budget.
• Develops, creates and executes marketing strategies to achieve recruiting goals.
• Oversees budget, contract and approval process to facilitate campus requests and paid media marketing spends.
• Performs market research to understand user requirements, trends, and competitive issues.
• Monitors use of style guide and branding image for consistency and effectiveness.
• Develops and updates Customer Information Manual for paid marketing partners and vendors

MRA #2. Strategy Implementation and Management. Coordinates advertising and marketing activities with external partners and agencies. Manages Marketing Analyst.

• Coordinates the marketing communications among campuses.
• Promotes the Daymar Colleges Group schools in alignment with the enterprise’s vision and core values.
• Develops consistent style for formatting of Winners’ Manuals for all users.
• Coordinates design of letterhead with appropriate vendors.
• Oversees and ensures consistent use of logos and seals as outlined in the Style Guide and Customer Information Manual.
• Responsible for the production and delivery of marketing materials.
• Responsible for the timing of marketing messages in collaboration with the Marketing Committee.
• Coordinates all media buying, creating, timing and placing, to include budget planning and management,
• Creates and executes Direct Mail marketing plans.
• Manages Yellow Pages ads.
• Coordinates with campus Leadership community events to recruit students and promote the College.
• Develops sales support materials including corporate collateral, sales sheets, email templates and training material and programs.
• Aligns advertising and marketing strategies with TPI (The Pacific Institute) philosophy.
• Coordinates with campus official, marketing, admissions and other departments to develop marketing opportunities when opportunities arise
• Becomes aware of local, state, national publications, websites, and blogs to be aware of marketing trends on a daily basis.

MRA # 3. Budget Plan. Provides approved monthly budgets.

• Develops the monthly budgets with participation of the Marketing Committee.
• Obtains appropriate approvals in a timely fashion
• Distributes and/or publishes the budged internally for internal users.

MRA # 4. Quality Control, Creative Production and Collateral Development. Creates, develops and edits marketing and advertising materials for community marketing needs for the campuses.

• Uses Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and various other software programs, as required to produce creative materials for a wide-range of enterprise marketing needs
• Devises layouts and drafts for approval, with the ability to initiate ideas and/or follow art direction
• Ensures timely completion of materials to meet deadlines
• Researches to provide accurate information and effective marketing presentations
• Writes copy for community marketing needs including all medias, brochures, ads, flyers and reports
• Assists in development of cohesive marketing pieces and campaigns
• Prepares materials for printing or production, using standard prepress guidelines or established production requirements
• Incorporates and maintains company branding standards: logo, tagline, mission statement, etc. and regulatory industry requirements as set forth by ACICS, THEC, etc

MRA #5. Project Management and Marketing Support. Leads, manages, and assists with community marketing projects, maintaining oversight to ongoing projects and efforts.

• Ensures timely completion of community advertising for all Campuses and Learning Sites, exercising management oversight for ad content, enabling accuracy and quality in appearance and content
• Maintains a graphics file management system all Campuses and Learning Sites, organizing, streamlining and centralizing resources
• Responsible for maintenance and management of directory advertising throughout enterprise, ensuring cost effectiveness, serving as liaison to account representative
• In collaboration with the Marketing Committee arranges and participates in meetings and conference calls to establish new initiatives and continue progress on various projects, assisting with setting parameters, goals and performance expectations

MRA #6. Management of Daily Marketing Activities. Generates and delivers weekly analysis of lead generation and source conversion rates.

• Oversees weekly reports on Cost per Lead by Campus by Advertising mode
• Presents findings and recommendations of advertising and marketing analysis to top-level management and Marketing Committee.

Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or at least 5 years of advertising, marketing, and community relations experience.

Experience: Experience in an advertising/marketing environment required. Previous budgetary responsibilities would be an asset. Previous media production experience a plus.
