Description Position Summary: Directs all activities and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Daymar Institute Campus (the “College”) to ensure that the Campus provides a warm, friendly, nurturing atmosphere where students can learn the skills required, to obtain the jobs they need, to have the lives they want.


1.) Campus Operations. Oversees and directs all Campus activities to ensure the Campus meets annual performance and financial goals, and to ensure that the campus complies with accreditation requirements.

2.) Associate Supervision. Directs all activities related to day-to-day supervision and Associate development to ensure quality service to all students.

3.) Student Relations. Provides an open door to all students in order to hear and resolve concerns.

4.) Administration. Directs the administration of academic policies, programs and initiatives that facilitate academic communication, teamwork and involvement to maintain or enhance student learning and continuously improve the overall quality of procedures and processes within Academic programs.

5.) Title IV Refunds. Monitors and implements proper processes for timely and accurate processing of Title IV Refunds.

6.) Community Relations. Ensures that the College maintains its image as a good corporate citizen in the community and keeps abreast of community events that could impact the College either positively or negatively.

Requirements Job Requirements: The following job requirements represent minimum levels of education, experience and competencies/abilities needed to perform this job successfully:

1. Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates who have demonstrated equivalent managerial experience in private career college operations, preferably as a school president, dean or Campus President, may be considered.

2. Experience: Excellent leadership skills. Three years experience in personnel management.


3. Competencies: Incumbent must (be) able to:

• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Work days, some evenings and some Saturdays if/when required

• Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
• Exhibit strong attention to detail
• Exhibit strong training and facilitation skills

4. Physical and Mental Requirements:

Physical Requirements: This job requires normal physical mobility, including the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Normal hand-eye coordination; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp and lift up to 40 pounds, is also required.

Mental Requirements: This job requires the ability to read, recall, write and understand information. This job also requires the ability to work under moderate pressure and to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Environment: This job is normally performed in a clean, well-lighted, heated and cooled office area/classroom.
