Description Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions at all company locations. Consult with management and other personnel regarding needs for data, computers, and communications, personnel requirements, processing schedules, and regulatory and legal responsibilities. Establish networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment, or modifications to existing equipment and system that will provide capability for proposed project or workload, efficient operation and effective use of allotted space. Evaluate factors such as number of departments serviced by data processing equipment, reporting formats required, volume of transactions, time requirements, and cost constraints. Perform database programming duties. Manage the implementation of disaster recovery plans in the event of a disaster or emergency that interrupts normal information system operations. Supervise team of IT professionals and report to upper management on current and future IT needs and/or modifications.
Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
-7+ years working knowledge deploying and maintaining LAN & WAN infrastructures and security
-Routing and networking design, implementation, and protocols experience
-Proficient use of network assessment tools
-Strong security and remote connectivity background
-Experience setting up unified threat management services on firewall devices
-Supervisory, troubleshooting, and project management experience
-SQL experience preferred
