Description Position Summary: Ensures that all vendors are paid accurately and promptly in order to promote good vendor relations and avoid monetary loss by the Company due to late fees, etc.

Month End Procedures. Ensures that all assigned month-end procedures are completed
Inventory. Completes all assigned month-end inventory tasks.

Invoices. Processes invoices to ensure accurate payment to vendors.

Requirements Job Requirements: The following job requirements represent minimum levels of education, experience and competencies/abilities needed to perform this job successfully:

1. Education: Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Relative work experience in similar role(s) considered.

2. Experience: Two to three years experience related to the duties and responsibilities of this position.

3. Availability: Able to work 20 hours per week

5. Physical and Mental Requirements:

Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, walking and moving intermittently during work hours. Ability to maintain verbal and written communications with co-workers and outside business associates. Ability to travel as required.

Mental Requirements: This job requires the ability to read, recall, write and understand information. This job also requires the ability to work under moderate pressure and to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Environment: This job is normally performed in a clean, well-lighted, heated and cooled office area/classroom.
