Title Marketing Lead Generation Specialist

Description

To become the company lead generation expert managing the top-end of the sales funnel. By working with various marketing and sales leadership management to uncover, communicate and track leads generated through various marketing efforts to further quantify marketing effectiveness and fill the sales funnel with quality leads.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and maintain an effective process for managing and generating leads produced through various marketing efforts.
  • Define and segment leads for future targeting efforts
  • Nurture leads/profiles until they become prioritized and send to sales reps for follow up
  • Track the success/failure of leads in SalesLink
  • Serve as liaison between Sales/Marketing managers, IT, and related vendors
  • Oversee customer and prospect information by evaluating and updating data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Work with sales teams to leverage CRM data, maintain and optimize sales funnel
  • Coordinate and lead training including on-going support of CRM as it relates to people, process, technology and information
  • Validate and processes change requests (additions, edits, deletions) with integrated applications
  • Process requests to establish new sales rep with sales numbers & territory assignments
  • Development and maintenance of customer mailing lists for use with sales and marketing print & online promotions

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Communicate effectively and actively seek and provide feedback
  • Work with vendors/suppliers from product resourcing and bidding to quality control and budgeting
  • Manage supplier/vendor relations relative to researching RFQ’s, ordering, tracking and invoicing
  • Provide all materials on completed tasks in a timely fashion
  • Assist with scheduling and guiding educational tours of facilities
  • Collaborate with team and lead activities associated with all stages of event planning from conceptualization to execution (internal & external)
  • Departmental responsibility for administrative duties related to ordering supplies, processing check requests, collecting and distributing mail (maintaining appropriate permits), shipping and receiving, as required
  • Present weekly updates to marketing manager on project status
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations

  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions
  • Deliver Cashman’s “Best Customer Experience” for all internal and external customers on a consistent basis
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

     

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strict attention to detail and data input accuracy
  • Maintain and build upon relationships with internal and external customers
  • Effectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient computer technology skills, including ability to utilize company authorized software

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree in business, marketing or related field desired, or equivalent work experience
  • Data analysis and database experience a plus
  • Previous sales experience desired
