Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for a Service Desk Application Support Specialist
role to join our team. The successful candidate will provide Service Desk Support and escalates problems and issues to the next level that includes services to exceed response time, repair time or any other issue that could impact customer satisfaction.
