Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join our team in the DC Metro Area to support our government clients. The successful applicant will work closely with our clients to provide testing services that are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

 

As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will:

  • Design, build, test and deploy effective test performance testing solutions.
  • Apply appropriate performance testing technologies to meet the short- and long-term goals of the testing organization.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a complimentary discipline 
  • 2 years HP Loadrunner experience
  • 2 years of hands on automated test coding experience in creating functions, methods and programs
  • 2 years performing performance testing on applications
  • 1 year of experience with Selenium
  • 2 year of experience with testing tools and techniques that are commercially available or that are Open Source such as UFT/QTP,  Geb, Cucumber, and Spock
  • 2 year of experience using and managing change management tools, Git, Bitbucket, or Subversion, and build server software (Jenkins/Hudson/Bamboo)
  • 2 year of experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases

 

Nice- to- Have

  • Familiarity with Pega
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Drive Design (BDD)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Must be fully competent to work under general direction on complex projects usually on specific assigned projects, issues and problems
  • Candidate Must be a team player and work closely with other automation developers to build/support automation Framework
  • Candidate should have experience on automation result analysis and generate automation result reports
  • Candidate should have ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly
