Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Training and Communications Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA to support our government clients.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’ capabilities to serve our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Training and Communications Analyst, you will:

  • Create training and communications artifacts
  • Engaging with key client stakeholders to execute strategies for personnel development
  • Cross-functional engagement to support the overall program mission
  • Provide requirement and design related assistance to the development team (ad-hoc)
  • Assist in creating testing artifacts to support functionality
  • Engage with end users to help design system functionality to support the client mission requirement(s)

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 1+ years’ experience in training, communications and change management
  • Experience working directly with clients at various levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort engaging senior-level client stakeholders
  •  

Additional Qualifications

  • Understanding of inventory of OOTB Pega workflows
  • Understanding of Pega framework
