Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Workstation Analyst to join our Civil Market team in Cincinnati, Ohio to support our government clients.

Job Description


As a Workstation Analyst, you will

  • Provide technical support, for installing, monitoring, diagnosing, and maintaining hardware, software, and equipment across Programs/Rooms.
  • Provide workstation operating systems support.
  • Support Windows based systems through implementation efforts and issue resolution.
  • Install, upgrade, image desktops, software based on user requirements and profiles.
  • Validate post migration functionality and possible end user support.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in the field of computer or information science, or a minimum of two years of fulltime work experience in a workstation support role.
  • Experience supporting microcomputer workstations in a WAN/LAN environment.
  • Installation and support of microcomputer-based applications and host-based application client software in a network environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to organize daily tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be customer service oriented with a courteous and pleasant demeanor and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft OS, Citrix, and microcomputer communication software.
  • Ability to work on personal computers and peripherals in a complex.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in demanding and fast paced environment.
