Capgemini Government Solutions’ team in Arlington, VA is growing! We’re seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for the position of Training, Communications, and Change Management Consultant who will directly support the success of our client’s mission.


Job Description

The Training, Communication, and Change Management Consultant is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of training modules to support new software and features. Responsibilities also include using strong verbal and written communication skills to support the development and execution of communications across the organization, and direct interactions with key project stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 2 years professional work experience, management consulting

  • Fundamental knowledge of business processes and project methodologies

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint

  • Exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal

  • Strong analytic and problem solving abilities

  • Experience drafting communications

  • Experience developing training materials

  • Experience developing surveys

  • Experience coordinating/scheduling meetings/trainings


Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle and how change management tactics are integrated with a project or program plan

  • Knowledge of strategic planning, organizational design, change management, and strategic communications
