Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Quality Management Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC to support our
government clients. The Quality Management Analyst is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with other teams across the business. The successful applicant will perform analysis of business and system documentation (e.g., user requirements, business
processes, functional designs, test plans, and test scripts), work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’ capabilities to serve our clients.
As a Quality Management Analyst, you will:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Minimum four (4) years of professional experience working in a systems implementation/development project team environment.
Strong process analysis and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of and experience writing and reviewing business requirements, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and system documentation.
Experience developing and documenting complex business processes that tie activities across the enterprise together in logical, clear documents that can serve as system requirements.
Experience with IT systems, applications, development, and testing methodologies across the system development life cycle (Waterfall and Agile).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with US Federal Government clients.
Hands-on Testing experience.
Current Public Trust Security Clearance.
