Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Content Management Administrator and Developer with application development and configuration experience to join our team in Arlington, VA. The Content Management Administrator and Developer is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with other teams across the business to support our government clients.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in development work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’ capabilities in content management while serving our clients.


Job Responsibilities:

As a Content Management Administrator and Developer you will:

  • Provide technical solutions for a content capture suite using a .Net based framework.
  • Tailor the suite for content ingestion against defined business rules.
  • Leverage experience with Web Services frameworks and Content Management systems.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Documentum 6.0 or higher or other similar Content Management Suites (Filenet, OpenText, Alfresco, etc).
  • Practical working experience with Captiva Suite or Kofax, Datacap or other similar Content Capture suites.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012+/2016(Desired).
  • Demonstrated experience integrating with ERP applications with Documentum.
  • Demonstrated experience with system and program design to meet highly complex business needs.
  • Ability to prepare detailed specification from which programs are developed and coded.
  • Experience with Agile delivery using the Scrum framework.
  • Exposure in multiple object oriented programming languages and a good understanding of fundamental web/internet technologies.

Additional Qualification:

  • Content and data migration experience.
  • Experience integrating with Content Management Systems.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under general direction on complex projects, issues and problems.
  • Ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly.
