Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for Senior HCM Consultant role to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The Senior HCM Consultant is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with other teams across the business to support our government clients. The successful candidate will be responsible to execute, analyze, design, configure, develop, test, implement and provide operational support for SAP solutions supporting the HCM systems.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’ capabilities serving our clients.

Job Responsibilities:


As a Senior HCM Consultant, you will:


  • Interface with the customer and manage customer expectations.
  • Work directly with the business partners supporting day-to-day operations for the North America Payroll and Time Management.
  • Need to work on ABAP Debugging.

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4-5 years in applicable field).
  • Experience working in User Exits, Data Dictionary Objects, Workflow Objects, Smartforms / SAP Scripts, IDOCS, Use of EDI; Function Groups & Function Modules, Message Classes, Outputs elements.

Additional Qualifications


  • Experience in Transaction Codes, SAP HCM- emphasis on Time Management and Payroll, BSI Tax Factory, Schemas – Both Time Management and Payroll.
  • Knowledge of the IMS (SPRO), PU19 Tax Reporter Both U.S. and Canada.
  • Interface with the Customer and manage their Expectations, EDI, HR ABAP.
