Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Policy Analyst to join our National Security & Defense Market team in the DC metro area to support our government clients. The Policy Analyst is a multifaceted role collaborating with other teams across the business.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’ capabilities to serve our clients.


Job Description


As a Policy Analyst, you will:

  • Coordinate the legal access needs of detainees as a part of overall program and management support.
  • Provide evidence-based analytics, robust data solutions, and mission-critical communications.
  • Work on immigration policy and issues, data management, analysis, and reporting.

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain government security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of total work experience in supporting project management and/or data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in basic desktop applications, including MS office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, etc.).
  • Ability to conduct data driven analysis to inform policy, operations, or strategic initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial work ethics.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay flexible in a dynamic work environment.


Additional Qualifications


  • Experience working in/with immigration policy and immigration issues.
  • Experience in government consulting.
