Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Program Technology Lead to join our team in the Cincinnati, OH Area to support our government clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’ capabilities serving our clients.


Job Responsibilities

As a Program Technology Lead you will

  • Lead all Program Refresh and New Program standup for Windows 10 upgrade
  • Manage the Workstation Analyst, Migration Consultant and HPC Consultant team


Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in designing, planning and managing the data migration process
  • Secret clearance required, Top Secret desired
  • Good interpersonal skills, well organized, self-motivated person, strong customer service, project, and analytical skills.
  • Basic desktop applications, including MS office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, etc.)
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
  • Actively maintains education and cross-training on all departmental areas of expertise. Prepares, leads and attends training when available and appropriate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional business manner and ability to interact with people of differing professional levels
  • Organized, detail oriented

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a team based environment.
