Description Capgemini Government Solutions is searching for an Junior PMO Analyst to join our Aerospace team in the Indianapolis area.

Junior PMO Analyst


The Junior PMO Analyst will provides full support to the Programme/Project Managers in their role of Programme/Project Delivery in the provision of project schedule, cost and finance information to aid the Programme/Project control and monitoring. Will work within a structured team environment. The Junior PMO Analyst will assist in the day to day managing of project plans; Attend project meetings and take meeting notes; Creates reports to track the progress of all the projects (i.e actuals to budget); Assists Project Manager / Programme Manager in collecting and documenting business requirements; Co-ordination across business units affecting the project; Collaborates closely with the Project team; Full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management and PMO processes.

• Bachelor's Degree – Preferred in IT, business or accounting;
• Minimum 2 Years of IT Experience;
• Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
• Proficient with project management methodologies;
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
• Strong attention to detail;
• Motivated, reliable self-starter;
• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for NACI Security Clearance
