Description Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. The person in this role will perform full lifecycle recruiting for experienced, university and intern candidates. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated individual who has strong corporate recruiting experience combined with the desire and energy to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial growth environment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success engaging as a strategic business partner with Hiring Managers as well as Resource Management, Human Resources and Business Development staff to assess talent acquisition needs and fill job openings in a timely and cost-effective manner.

•Partner with Hiring Managers and Resource Manager as well as other key stakeholders to understand talent demand; develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to fulfill requirements and achieve hiring goals
•Support the full lifecycle of the CGGS University Recruiting & Intern Program and make recommendations for continuous improvements
•Manage cost effective engagement of external staffing agencies during surge periods; ensuring a positive return on investment
•Implement innovative and creative sourcing methods that result in a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for open requisitions and pipeline requisitions
•Meet or exceed hiring goals, time to fill, cost per hire and other relevant metrics
•Negotiate and extend employment offers on behalf of the business
•Demonstrate proficiency in the use of an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates and track data
•Ensure compliance with the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations and company Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Diversity Policies
•Effectively communicate candidate status as well as identify, resolve and/or escalate risks and issues to management and stakeholders
•Participate in special projects, as needed

Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience
•5-10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
•Demonstrated experience and success recruiting in a government contracting environment
•Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring technical talent for professional services positions
•Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other tools and techniques to source qualified candidates
•Knowledge of and or experience with OFCCP regulations, EEO and Diversity Policies
•Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Hiring Managers, Resource Manager, Human Resources, Business Development) to fill experienced, university and intern recruiting goals
•Interest and passion to drive CGGS University Recruiting & Intern Program
•Experience managing external staffing agencies to augment corporate recruiting efforts
•Experience implementing innovative and creative sourcing methods to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for open and pipeline requisitions
•Demonstrated success achieving corporate and individual recruiting goals
•Experience negotiating candidate offers and extending employment offers
•Strong capability using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidates and track data
•Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate to senior-level managers and executives
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
