Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Service Integration and Management (SIAM)/ITIL Architect to join our team in the DC Metro Area to support our government clients. The Service Integration and Management (SIAM)/ITIL Architect is a multifaceted role working in the client’s Service Integration and Management organization to support both the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of the SIAM functional processes across a multi-sourcing integration (MSI) ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

 

As a Service Integration and Management (SIAM)/ITIL Architect, you will:

  • Develop the processes for ensuring that the new and existing services meet the requirements of Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • Act as the SME on the delivery and design of IT service processes.
  • Ensure that processes for service design, transition and operation are followed.
  • Develop a documented process for ensuring that new services are in compliance with the service architecture.
  • Promote Service Integration methodologies across all involved organizations.
  • Be accountable for approving the design and update of the Service Architecture ensuring it is aligned with contractual obligations.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Customers and Managed Service Providers.
  • Act as SME for Service Architecture and Design in collaboration with other Service Management service owners, various delivery organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure CSI is a pivotal element of the service.
  • Monitor performance of the services and prescribe changes to improve performance.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligibility  to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in IT service management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Service Architecture and Integration.
  • Professional computer systems knowledge, including systems integration and architecture.
  • Proven track record of successfully working directly with business and service managers.
  • Recognized Service Management Expert.
  • Sound understanding of Service Management and clear commitment to Service Management Framework.
  • ITIL Foundations certification, higher ITIL certification.
  • Skilled at fostering collaboration in a complex environment and driving performance achievement and improvements.
  • Service Integration and Management implementation and operations experience and expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Additional Qualifications

 

  • Existing security clearance (TS or SCI/Poly).
  • Six Sigma, Lean certification.
  • Experience working with Federal Government Clients.
  • Experience implementing large managed service transition.
  • ITIL certification (Foundations required, higher ITIL certifications)
  • SIAM certification.
  • Proficient with the Service Now application suite.
