Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Test Manager to join our team in the Kansas City Metro Area to support our
government clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’
capabilities serving our clients.
The Test Manager must oversee all test events and be able to manage multiple test events defining and staffing these test events with appropriate
resources. Must coordinate with developers and functional end users to create test plans and test scripts. Coordinate with test sites and other team participants to plan test events. Approves test reports. Monitors and updates bug reports as needed including
bug report closure.
As a Test Manager you will:
Designs and develops advanced test programs, processes, and systems to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services.
Typically leads the design and building of test stations.
Writes advanced highly complex test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance
standards and specifications.
Monitors the gathering of test data and typically supervises the evaluation of test results to determine if product designs and architecture meets
customer specifications and performance expectations.
Develops advanced highly complex test simulations to evaluate how products react under different conditions and analyzes product failure to assess
the integrity and reliability of product performance.
Defines debug protocols for test hardware and software. Analyzes complex test cases and scenarios and reports results.
Collaborates with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade product performance.
U.S. Citizenship Required.
Masters Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience or an additional 8 years of related experience.
10+ years applicable progressively complex related experience.
Experience overseeing all test events and managing multiple test events.
Experience defining and staffing these test events with appropriate resources.
Have experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
Technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments.
Must have experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.
Must manage the defect database under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment, to include flexibility and creativity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at all levels in an organization.
Excellent presentation skills.
