Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Service Integration and Management (SIAM)/ITIL Service Integration Consultant to join our team in the DC Metro Area to support our government clients. The SIAM/ITIL Service Integration Consultant is a multifaceted role working in the client’s SIAM organization to support both the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of the SIAM functional processes across a multi-sourcing service integration (MSI) ecosystem of providers.

Job Responsibilities


As a Service Integration and Management (SIAM)/ITIL Consultant, you will:


  • Facilitate the processes for ensuring that the new and existing services meet the requirements of Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • Act as a knowledge resource for the service delivery processes and the design of those processes.
  • Ensure that processes for service design, transition and operation are followed.
  • Support the documentation and operation of processes to ensure that services comply with ecosystem policies.
  • Promote Service Integration methodologies across all ecosystem partner organizations.
  • Be responsible for implementing the design and update of service processes ensuring they are aligned with contractual obligations.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with government customers and managed service provider contractors.
  • Ensure continuous service improvement is a pivotal element of the service.
  • Monitor performance of the services and prescribe changes to improve performance.


Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance (TS/SCI).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT service management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT Service Management and Integration.
  • Skilled at fostering collaboration in a complex environment and driving performance achievement and improvements.
  • Professional computer systems knowledge, including systems integration and architecture.
  • Proven track record of successfully working directly with business and service managers.
  • Sound understanding of IT Service Management and clear commitment to ITSM frameworks.
  • ITIL Foundations certification.


Additional Qualifications

  • Existing active security clearance (TS/SCI).
  • Six Sigma, Lean certification.
  • Experience working with Federal Government clients.
  • Experience implementing large managed service transition.
  • Experience delivering infrastructure services in an outsourced environment.
  • Proficient with the Service Now application suite.
  • Advanced ITIL certifications.
  • SIAM certification.
