Supply Chain - Business Analytics Consultant
Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) is searching for a Supply Chain – Business Analytics Consultant to join our Civil team in McLean, VA.
Key responsibilities include:
Work directly with clients to develop analytic questions and define data and technology opportunities.
Drive the exploration of data sources and analytic techniques to create new variables and modeling capabilities.
Work with large and complex data sets to solve difficult and non-routine problems.
Application of a variety of statistical methods/approach's to develop analytic models.
o U.S. citizenship required.
o Bachelor's degree required.
o 3-5 years’ experience in analytics and statistical modeling.
o 3-5 years’ experience consulting or similar experience working with client’s presentation, and delivery.
o 3-5 years’ experience using analytics tools and languages – SAP HANA, SAP BI/BO, Oracle OBA, SAS, SPSS, Stata, R, Python, etc.
o 3-5 years extracting, aggregating, and structuring data along different dimensions.
o 3-5 years’ experience with supervised and unsupervised analytic techniques.
o Advanced degree in data science, business analytics or similar analytics concentration that is business-oriented.
o Knowledge of industry leading analytics and big data technologies, approaches, and tools.
o Strong written and oral presentation skills.
o Experience combining data sets, extracting key variables, and creating new variables to enhance modeling.
o Experience working with federal agencies and clients, particularly Intelligence and/or Defense.
o Experience with supply chain operations, forecasting, and optimization.
o Process enablement and execution experience.
o Experience with visualization applications – SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Qlik, Shiny.
