Description Capgemini Government solutions is searching for a Program Data Analyst consultant to join our National Security and Defense team. The Program Data Analyst will provide evidence-based analytics, robust data solutions, and mission-critical communications management for our clients. Specific to this position, the Program Data Analyst will help assess the impact of a mental health program by tracking and evaluating key program data and evaluation factors. Customer expectations are high; written and verbal communications with the customer organization occur daily, usually hourly. You will be joining a high-performance team producing work products that have great visibility, so it is imperative that work products are of the highest quality possible, thorough, and accurate. The team is expected to consistently meet all deadlines, which often include ad hoc requests and short timelines.

Basic Qualification
1. Eligible for DHS or DOJ Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in:
• Supporting project management, analytics, process improvement, communications management, business intelligence, data management tools, etc.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis, reporting, metrics and process design, development and implementation.
• Translating policy and strategic initiatives into quantitative data analysis and investigative data research.
• Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Statistical reporting.
• Managing communications within a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

Desired Skills
• Have current DHS, DOD Secret, or DOJ clearance.
• Have experience evaluating and/or working with mental health programs.
• Professional, direct client facing experience with DHS government executives at the Senior Executive Series level.
• Have experience in drafting responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI and white papers.
