Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead with strong leadership skills to join our team in the DC metro area to support our government clients. The Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead is a multifaceted role where you will lead client delivery teams and support business development activities.

 

Job Description

The successful candidate will work directly on the client-site in Washington, DC and have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in data analytics, IT solutions, process design, leadership, and stakeholder management. Duties will also include:

  • Manage all aspects of client delivery and relationship management including establishing trusted-advisor relationships with internal and external clients
  • Lead a team of people to generate on-time and high-quality deliverables
  • Gather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative information, present findings and recommendations to client management, and implement recommendations and new initiatives with project team
  • Review existing reports and metrics for automation and improvement as appropriate
  • Manage aspects of system development and implementation including requirements, design, testing, training, and system administration
  • Support business development activities including identifying new leads and leading proposals and RFI responses

 

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required
  • Must be eligible for DHS Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, analytics, or other related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in management consulting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and data visualizations tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills

Additional Qualifications

  • Masters degree is preferred
  • Current DHS clearance is preferred
