Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for  Salesforce Systems Administrator role to join our team to support government clients. The Salesforce Systems Administrator will primarily focus on identifying user stories, business requirements and business process tasks for the salesforce.com platform. 

 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGGS’ capabilities while serving our clients.


As a Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will:

  • Create a plan to assure effective management, operations, and maintenance of Salesforce platform in federal environment.
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized policies/procedures.
  • Work on Salesforce.com user administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, uploads, data backups, etc.
  • Provide client requirements development support via direct client interaction across a broad range of Salesforce applications.
  • Support the current team in building a cohesive, streamlined and quality solution.
  • Provide quality user experience with professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Identify and proactively recommend process improvements and anticipate user needs. 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software application support and/or help desk support.
  • 5+ years of administration and development experience with Salesforce.com.
  • 2+ years of project and/or agile development team experience.
  • Demonstrate adherence to all Salesforce.com best practices.
  • Strong expertise in configurations like creating workflows, formula fields, roll up summary fields, assignment rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings, etc.
  • Ability to work in large implementation team that executes in agile fashion.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Systems administration experience within an IT environment for federal government agencies.
  • Experience managing system administrators in an IT environment.
