Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) is searching for a driven User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Analyst for opportunities on our Civil team in the Washington DC area to support clients in understanding how applications can and should flow to create the best user experiences.

 

You will create and implement a cohesive UX/UI plan for application visual design and flow on projects. The UX/UI Analyst is responsible for supporting requirements gathering sessions – from a process flow and screen layout perspective - and working closely with the development teams to create the application UI.

 

Job Responsibilities

As a User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Analyst you will:

  • Communicate cross-functionally: work directly with the technical team and the business stakeholders in an Agile framework
  • Build, design, and document wireframes and other visuals to articulate screen flows, screen element placement, and image placement
  • Confirm usability and testing methodologies and processes -Utilize knowledge of web development languages HTML/CSS, JavaScript when designing the graphical user interface.

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Must be a U.S. citizen (no exceptions)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4 years as UI/UX Analyst
  • Experience working in an Agile project
  • Ability to successfully clear a Federal background check

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Work experience for Federal agency customers
  • Strong communication and team building skills     
  • Work experience in mix platform environments, for example projects with both COTS (eg., Salesforce, SAP) and Custom (Java, ASP, .NET) technologies
  • Strong writing skills
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks in a team based environment
