Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Jr. IT/Helpdesk Analyst to work with IT team in our McLean, VA Office. The
successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent internal support to the employees and must have experience working in a Windows environment with cloud-enabled systems. The qualified applicant will directly report to the Director of IT and
work closely with the Systems Administrator. The position requires the applicant to have a strong customer service dispensation (i.e. can do attitude), excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information (whether
verbal or written) to a wide range of end-users (who are geographically distributed).
