| Description |
Provide Recruiting material to Class A commercial drivers, contractors and Owner/Operators for the purpose of attracting them to Bennett.
Work over the phone and in person, assisting Owner/Operators through the lease-on process with Bennett.
Candidate will utilize established recruiting formats to include inbound and cold calling techniques, follow up calls, print and online marketing campaigns. Travel to trade/truck shows and offsite recruiting events will also be required.

| Requirements |
Must possess at least 2 years experience in recruiting Class A tractor trailer drivers and owner operators in the transportation industry. Ability to consistently provide excellent service to potential and current Owner/Operators.
Strong written and oral communication skills a must. Great voice image, proven customer service experience. Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Travel is required. |
