Description Hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Temporary Position

Work as with laptop asset collection and desktop setup in professional corporate environment - Point of contact for new hire desk setup, termination asset collection, system clean up, backups, asset management. Other duties include:
o Back up data on all PC’s to Network drive locations
o Deploy and setup new hire PC’s (connecting monitor, keyboard, mouse, dock, adding printers and installing printer drivers/personal printer when necessary)
o Terminations/collections Updating Assets in tracking systems (location, name, date, Status)
o Adding New assets to tracking system
o Manage new hire and termination requests to meet SLA’s
o Managing backlog of ServiceNow Request TASKs
o Hold laptops from returns, collections, refreshes for two weeks and image them after two weeks are up.

Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, self-managed and motivated, professional, with customer service experience. Candidates must have solid technical knowledge in a Windows environment. Experience in PC Depot work a plus.
